Managing Director
Chris Donohue is the Founder and Managing Director of Reward Group, providing the leadership, vision and commercial direction that has shaped the business and its continued growth across Australia.
With extensive experience across commercial construction, interior fit-out, joinery, procurement and project delivery, Chris has built Reward Group around a commitment to strong relationships, dependable delivery and genuine accountability. His hands-on leadership style ensures the business remains closely connected to its clients, partners and projects.
Chris continues to lead Reward Group’s strategic growth and diversification, with an emphasis on long-term partnerships, quality outcomes and sustainable business relationships across the commercial, hospitality, hotel and high-rise residential sectors.

Jimmy Lee
Associate Director
Jimmy Lee brings extensive experience across commercial construction, interior fit-out, joinery and project delivery, with a strong understanding of the operational and commercial requirements behind successful projects.
As Associate Director at Reward Group, Jimmy works closely with clients, project partners and the broader Reward team to support projects from early engagement through to delivery. His focus on quality, collaboration and commercial outcomes helps ensure each project is approached with clarity, accountability and a commitment to achieving the right result.
Jimmy’s practical and relationship-driven approach reflects Reward Group’s commitment to building trusted partnerships and delivering lasting value for its clients.

Tim Lelliott
Director of Strategic Partnerships
Tim Lelliott brings extensive experience across the construction, commercial interiors, joinery and property sectors, with a strong track record in business development, strategic partnerships and major project delivery across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
As Director of Strategic Partnerships at Reward Group, Tim is focused on developing long-term client relationships and expanding the Group’s presence across the high-rise residential, hotel, commercial and hospitality sectors. He works closely with developers, builders, operators and project partners to identify opportunities and develop commercially focused solutions from early engagement through to delivery.
Tim’s approach is centred on relationships, collaboration and creating long-term value—supporting Reward Group’s commitment to being a trusted project partner, not simply a supplier.

Steven Humphreys
General Manager QLD
Steven brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience, with a career encompassing the delivery of complex construction projects and extensive experience working alongside clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
Having worked within some of Australia’s leading construction environments, Steven brings a strong combination of construction leadership, operational knowledge and project delivery experience, together with a practical understanding of what is required to successfully deliver projects from early planning through to completion.
As General Manager QLD, Steven will play a key role in leading Reward Group’s operations, people and project delivery, while working closely with the leadership team to support the strategic direction and continued growth of the business.
